June Term is RPA’s tradition of closing out the school year with passion projects—two weeks where students deep-dive into whatever sparks their curiosity. For Mixed Media Art, that looked like an explosion of creativity, textures, and artistic risk-taking.
“This class has been an absolute explosion of creativity, textures, glitter, and imagination! Every day felt a little bit like opening a surprise box because you never knew what idea would emerge next.”
“What I love most about Mixed Media Art is the creativity and how you can try many different types of art styles.” — Natalia R.
“My favorite part of Mixed Media Art is putting different art styles into one!” — Piper R.
“The thing I love most about Mixed Media Art is the opportunity to try so many different things!” — Mara G.
“My favorite part of June Term at RPA is how amazing Mrs. Weaver makes her art classes!” — Shane J.
Mixed Media Art proved something we already knew: when there’s no pressure to be “good,” students get brave. They experiment. They mess with color and texture and collage in ways that surprise even them. That’s what happens when you choose your own June Term class.
June Term shows what RPA is all about: flexibility, real learning, and teachers who are genuinely invested in your growth.
