At Redmond Proficiency Academy, visual arts isn't confined to a classroom—it's woven throughout both campuses. Through painting, ceramics, digital design, and public art projects, our students develop creative confidence and technical skill while making a visible impact on our community.

Middle school students explore foundational art through drawing, watercolor, digital art, graphic design, and photography. High school expands into ceramics, advanced painting, handlettering, and specialized digital media. Students can pursue AP Art Studio, where they develop a cohesive portfolio for college-level recognition.

Because our teachers are creative and passionate about their craft, new electives and enrichments are added each year—from stop-motion animation to jewelry making, from illustrated imagination to fashion design. Our arts program grows with student and teacher interests, ensuring there's always something fresh to explore.

Our mural projects bring student creativity to life on RPA's walls and beyond—transforming spaces and giving students real-world experience in collaborative, large-scale design.
AP Art Studio allows high school artists to dig deep, experiment boldly, and create work that speaks to who they are. Whether pursuing art professionally or as a lifelong passion, RPA students graduate as confident creators.
This is how we cultivate artists, designers, and creative thinkers ready to shape culture and community.
