Students Train to Act as Ambassadors for RPA

Last summer, RPA students spent three days doing skills training to empower them to be ambassadors for the academy in their communities.

The training included practicing timed tours, conversation starters, an overview of professional dress attire and recording vocals for upcoming radio ads.

RPA Ambassadors fill an important role within the academy, while building skills to engage in the business community. Ambassadors are the face of RPA and practice their representation by giving tours to new families, staff, and other guests; they help incoming students build their schedules and give other guidance/mentorship as needed.

Ambassadors often greet parents, family, and guests at school-sponsored events. They also attend community events to represent our academy to local businesspeople. RPA Ambassadors often take next steps to student leadership groups on their chosen college campus.
