RPA announces new position for the Future Center

Redmond Proficiency Academy is pleased to announce the addition of Katie Baldwin as the new Coordinator for the school’s Future Center. The RPA Future Center, located on the 2nd floor of the Glacier building, is a space where students can obtain information that will help them explore, identify, and create plans that will support them in reaching their post-high school goals.
“I am so excited to be a part of the RPA team this year,” said Baldwin. “My goal for the Future Center is to create a space where every student can come in and seek help with their college and career goals no matter where they are in the process. I am dedicated to making sure everyone feels welcomed, supported and prepared for their future.”
Baldwin comes to RPA from the Oregon Coast, where she most recently taught second grade and previously served at a high school, where she worked with students on career and future readiness.
“We are incredibly excited to welcome Katie Baldwin to RPA in her new role as Future Center Coordinator,” said Amy Kappel, RPA High School Director. “This is a new role that has been created to ensure that all students graduate from RPA with a solid post-graduation plan and that we have a person dedicated to their post-graduation success.”
