RPA Middle School’s Breakfasts of the World class recently celebrated French Breakfast Day by making crepes and discussing how the French language and culture has made its way into American food culture. They also talked about the impact of renowned American chef Julia Child and her expertise in French cooking.

For preparing the crepes, students practiced their whisking technique after learning some science studies about which technique is most effective on whipped cream.

Students then made the crepes and fillings and enjoyed a proper French breakfast together.
