Students in the RPA Music Collective released their latest album titled “Petrichor,” on Thursday, May 26. The album features all original student songs written and produced by RPA students.
“This is the third album we have released and it is very different from the other two,” said High School Music Director Jonathan Moore. “The students all have different perspectives, ideas, tastes, and skills and the album reflects the synthesis of all of their individual voices into one artistic statement. The focus this year was on collaboration and co-writing and the students came together to create some very impressive work.”
Students who played on the album will perform a Tiny Elevator Concert in the Glacier lobby that day at 11:30 a.m., to promote and celebrate the release of the album.
Album artwork was designed by freshman Evelynne Ockner.
