What diploma plans can a student earn?
Proficiency Diploma – 28 credits. This diploma meets most 4 year College/University entrance requirements.
State Standard Diploma - 24 credits. This is the Oregon State Diploma option. This diploma can meet 4 year College/University entrance requirements if a students complete 2 years of the same foreign language.
How does a student earn credit for work experience?
Students are eligible to earn up to 4.0 credits of elective credit through work experience. Every 130+ hours a student works he/she is eligible to earn 1.0 credit. Students should ask their advisor to add the subject Work Experience/Elective to their schedule and then follow the requirements outlined including the Transportation Release Form and the Work Experience Application.

How does a student self create a course at RPA?
Students are always encouraged to design their own learning or personalize their own learning.
This can be done with any course. Students should meet with a subject teacher of record and design or personalize a course based upon state standards. This is an excellent opportunity for students to engage in their own learning and explore opportunities in areas of interest.
